Terms of Service

Booking terms
Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or in person. A requested slot is not guaranteed until confirmed by Nice & Fit. We may suggest an alternative time to maintain service quality and pacing.
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten your service so the next guest is not delayed; full price may still apply.
Cancellation policy
We respect your schedule and ours. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give at least four hours’ notice by phone or email. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Service conditions
- Services are performed by qualified barbers using professional tools and products.
- Inform us of skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before service begins.
- Children’s cuts are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian who approves the style.
- Prices on the website reflect standard services; complex corrections or extra time may be quoted in chair.
Conduct
We maintain a respectful environment for staff and guests. Abusive behavior, intoxication, or harassment will result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.
Liability
While we exercise professional care, Nice & Fit is not liable for adverse reactions not disclosed prior to service, or for personal items left unattended. Garments may be protected with capes; please remove delicate jewelry upon request.
Changes
We may update prices, hours, or these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
